Dunedin Chamber of Commerce welcomes Online Presence Manager as the newest small business to join their ranks!
Dunedin Chamber of Commerce Welcomes Online Presence Manager!
Just a couple of days ago I posted about Online Presence Manager joining the Palm Harbor Chamber of Commerce. Well, today I’m happy to announce that Online Presence Manager has joined the Dunedin Chamber of Commerce too!
Why is Online Presence Manager a member of two chambers of commerce?
As a business that reaches across numerous counties around the Tampa Bay area (as well as serving multiple states nationwide), it’s important that I represent my own business and other small business owners in my local chambers of commerce.
The chamber of commerce is an organization that provides a voice to small businesses in the community and ensures that their voice is heard and that they are fairly represented. As a small business owner of a business that also serves small businesses, it’s important for me to know what is happening locally and how I can play a role in bettering business in my local area.
Should You Be a Member of Your Local Chamber of Commerce?
As a small business, it’s just as important for you to represent yourself in your local chamber of commerce. It doesn’t just give your business representation in the community and make your business more recognizable, but it also allows you to provide a voice for other small businesses in the area.
What Do You Do As a Member of the Chamber of Commerce?
As a member of the chamber of commerce, you contribute to a better climate for small businesses in your community. You rally with other small businesses to improve business interests and support each other.
What Are the Benefits of Being a Member of the Chamber of Commerce?
There are numerous benefits to being a member of your local chamber of commerce and while these benefits may differ between individual organizations, they often include the following:
- Discounted business services from other local businesses.
- Access to professional development seminars and gatherings.
- Easier networking with other local business owners.
- Recommendation of your services to others by other chamber of commerce members.
- Increased trust in your business by your status as a member of the chamber of commerce.

What Does it Cost to Be a Member of Your Local Chamber of Commerce?
Just what does it cost for you to become a member of your local chamber of commerce? You will have to pay your membership dues (which may be tax deductible) and you will need to give up a little of your time to take part in chamber meetings. Overall, though, the benefits to joining your chamber of commerce far outweigh what you will be required to put into your membership. So, if you aren’t already a member, become one today!
